BLAKE JOHN WOOD is one of Australia’s newest creative visionaries to hit the entertainment scene.
Credits include MTV Australia & New Zealand, Disney Channel, Fitness First, Channel 7, HYUNDAI, Girlfriend Magazine, ING Bank, Deborah Cox, Paulini Curuenavuli, Courtney Act, Rhonda Burchmore & Marcia Hines.
Most recently, Blake has taken on the role of Creative Director & Choreographer for the internationally renowned MARQUEE NIGHTCLUB, having the pleasure of providing dancers for artist appearances including Sean Kingston, French Montana, The Weeknd, Kid Ink, Omarion, Post Malone, Havana Brown & not to mention Drake’s Official afterparty for “The Boy Meets World” Tour. Furthermore, he was recruited as Creative Director on launch campaigns for Belvedere & Grey Goose Vodka, where he directed sophisticated installations & constructed memorable dance production exhibits.
Additionally, Blake has explored the fashion field, while simultaneously choreographing editorial film campaigns for fashion labels Premonition Designs & Runaway The Label.
While diligently focusing on his craft, Blake has the privilege of travelling Australia wide, coaching at several of the country’s leading dance establishments. Additionally, he is honoured to be part of the famous Australian Dance Festival faculty, selected as a finalist for the “Australia’s NEXT Choreographer” Award in 2017.
